![]() ![]() ![]() It’s a churn and burn type of strategy and it’s not okay. And THEN, you’re making at least 500-700 dials a day just putting other people’s phone on blast until someone picks up. They just have you do fake roleplays that do absolutely nothing and you have to read from a script verbatim. They’ll lie to you and say that you’re on track and are okay if you are a little below quota, but will terminate you behind your back in an instant if you’re not at 100% if you’re quota or more. The culture is weird and toxic, the managers expect you to be on zoom all day off mute, the quota is extremely high and only about 10% of SDR’s can actually attain it, and the CEO is cringier than ever. This job is okay for new graduates in tech or sales wanting to learn for a few months, but leave after that (if they don’t fire you before). Successfully being able to hit sales targets month over month is a key part of the SDR role, and we don't discredit the work that goes into that! However, our quota is intentional and we provide all of the resources we can to set our reps up for success. In any sales role, hitting quota is a part of the job, but we look for teammates who are positive and coachable. We help each other out instantly, without having to go through a 'ladder of command' simply ask who you need (CEO/Sales/Marketing/CS/Dev team.whoever) and they will help you out right away. Employees are friends, creating a warm and comforting environment. The team here at Seamless.AI is strong and bonded. Because this energizer bunny never sleeps when it comes to his team or his company. I have never seen a manager let alone the CEO, be so approachable and open, and in sync at all times. He listens and engages, taking every small recommendation into account never holding back if there is an opportunity to grow and improve. Asking each employee what they think or what will make this company stronger, because he generally wants to hear your opinion. The CEO is present EVERYDAY with every area of the company. Past jobs made me feel cornered and that my voice didn't matter because they were already 'set' in their ways. I feel heard, valued, and important to the company.which is hard to say from any previous job I had. Everyday I wake up excited to go to work, to see my team mates, and to work as hard as I can.
